Dr. Maryna Turbinska is an international medical graduate with a strong background in neurology and psychiatry. She currently contributes as a counsellor to Alberta's first mental health crisis response teams, specifically focused on racialized communities. She is also involved in research focusing on suicidal ideation within rural corrections. As a member of the Canadian Mental Health Association and the Alberta Schizophrenia Society, she is committed to enhancing mental health services for diverse populations by providing culturally competent support.
