In efforts to keep our membership, community and staff safe during the COVID-19 outbreak the Alberta Psychiatric Association office will temporarily be changing the way we work and shifting to a remote working model. This will not affect our ability to support members over the coming weeks as we’re still excited to hear from you and work with you on our various initiatives.
We will still be available during office hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
An email to firstname.lastname@example.org will be the most efficient way to reach us. With that said, please feel free to leave a voicemail at 403.244.4487 if you feel more comfortable communicating by phone.
Our bricks and mortar office will be closed to visitors at this time.
APA has taken every step to ensure that we’re able to support our APA Community and ensure communication continuity. Please reach out if you have any questions, suggestions, or concerns.

Alberta Psychiatric Association (APA) | March 19 - 22 Scientific Conference Cancelation
After careful and thoughtful consideration, the Alberta Psychiatric Association (APA) no longer finds it safe or in the publics best interest to gather ¼ of Alberta’s psychiatrists in one place and is canceling the March 19 - 22 Scientific Conference.
We will be refunding registrations within the week and once processed it may take up to five to ten business days to reflect on your credit card. If you have paid by cheque your refund will be returned in cheque form.
We are grateful for your patience and understanding during this period and we’re working hard to make sure that every effort is made to make this process as smooth as possible.
If you have questions or concerns about your conference registration please email us at email@example.com.
If you’re needing to connect with the Rimrock Hotel about your hotel reservation, please reach out to the Rimrock at 1-888-RIMROCK (746-7625) or (403)762-3356
