Dr. Roueen Rafeyan, M.D. DFAPA, FASAM

Dr. Rafeyan is a practicing Psychiatrist in Chicago, Illinois. He received his medical degree from University of Istanbul. Completed residency training in Psychiatry at University of Illinois .He is Board certified in Psychiatry, Neurology and Addiction medicine. He is the Chief Medical Officer for Gateway Foundation Addiction Treatment Centers and Assistant Professor of Psychiatry Fienberg School of Medicine, Northwestern University in Chicago.

He was chosen as one of the Top Psychiatrist in the Nation by consumer Report 2007, He was one of the youngest psychiatrist to be given the Distinguished Fellow designation by American Psychiatric Association 2010. He is also a Fellow at American Society of Addiction.

He continues to be involved in clinical research, teaching and patient care.

Dr. Rafeyan lectures nationally and internationally on most recent advances in treatments for Scizophrenia, mood, and anxiety disorders, and addiction treatments.
