A cash bar will be available for the grown-ups. 

Parent guardians are required to supervise children during the event.

Please pre-register all guests if you plan on attending. 

We are asking all who plan to attend to register beforehand so we can provide an accurate count to the hotel and ensure enough food.

All who register ahead of time will be given a ticket for the event.
