Abstract

This workshop will give you a chance to “learn by doing”. A transdiagnostic assessment tool will be used to conceptualize. Practical tools will be offered for distinguishing feelings and understanding the meaning of them. You will learn practical ways to help patients develop a healthy self-comforting plan. Learn how you can invite patients to make helpful change.

1. Develop personalized conceptualizations using a transdiagnostic assessment tool;

2. Explore patient tools to accurately identify feelings;

3. Create personalized "Comfort Plans"; and

4. Understand strategies to focus interventions for specific patients.
