I am a fifth-year psychiatry resident at the University of Calgary, where my training focuses on psychotherapy integration, sleep and mental health, and consult-liaison psychiatry. I have a strong interest in managing psychiatric conditions in patients with medical comorbidities, and in applying principles of positive psychiatry, wellness, and nutrition to improve overall mental health outcomes. I’m interested in bringing holistic approaches into both inpatient and outpatient settings and strengthening interdisciplinary collaboration in complex care environments.
Outside of Psychiatry, I am a born and raised Calgarian. I graduated from the University of Calgary with a degree in Cellular, Molecular and Microbiology, with subsequent medical training at the Cumming School of Medicine. I enjoy spending time with family, weight-lifting, sports (golf, floor hockey, and tennis), reading, listening to music and mindfulness.
