Abstract

The presentation is an overview of resiliency, how to reflect on your own personal resilience and how you can improve on resiliency skills. There are also learnings about how personal resilience is different from organizational resilience and leadership resilience although key concepts remain true for all. And lastly, to learn specific approaches to your own resiliency that can help you into the future.
