Abstract:
Mr. Quinones will talk about the findings of his latest book with regard to how and why synthetic drugs -- fentanyl and meth, in particular -- have expanded to cover virtually the4 entire United States, and are fueling record overdose death and are accompanied by waves of mental illness and homelessness.
