Dr. Cynthia Baxter

Dr. Baxter is a forensic psychiatrist who graduated medical school at the U of A in 1999 and then finished her residency at the U of C in 2004. She is board certified in both Canada and the United States. Her clinical practice has focused on violent offenders, sex offenders, and severe personality disorders.
