Dr. Jericho is a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist and the Medical Director of the Calgary Eating Disorder Program. She is active in medical education and is the Associate Residency Program Director for the Department of Psychiatry. She believes that physician wellbeing is fundamental to patient care and to sustaining excellence in public health, and that a healthy physician culture must be actively supported. She has been coaching a diverse group of physicians since 2017, having received her training from USC Berkeley. Coaching contextualizes physician stressors and supports active problem solving and decision making; ideal for psychiatrist who must navigate highly interactive, complex systems of care.
